	I know, it bites, but here's the rule of thumb Duke Energy sent out for this new messed up #: there is a VERY good chance that 7am-12pm releases are at 100%  (this is based on what they said) any generation longer than that would be 60% Lake Summit is at 99.0ft right now and the seasonal target range is 97.5ft so my guess is that they are slowly trying to draw the lake down with 60% flow for these next few days
