	http://www.bouldermountainlodge.com/ it's about the only legal campground til you get up in the mountains past nederland in the national forests. $15-20 for a campsite. i'd reserve in advance,if possible. there is also the hostel in boulder too. stay at your own risk. they do have private single rooms though but not the best.
