Yes, I agree, I also bought this boat to haul lots of people and crap for parasitic kayakers (just kidding; I truly like rowing the gear pig). I just never dreamed the Aire would handle so poorly lightly loaded. I am comparing it to the Maravia I've been rowing which handles great both lightly and heavily loaded. I've only had it out three times since I bought it and only with 1-3 people aboard.
When you rig your 156R for a multi day trip, do you have the oars forward of center? More gear in the front than back? Or do you keep the trim equal front and back?
