	Is the 9 year old going to be in the raft by himself with the dogs? What kind of potential torture are you pondering here? That could probably be considered child abuse or cruelty to animals or both. The crack(s) in the logic of this scenario I will leave open for others to comment on! With lots of searching you could find an older bucket boat in the 4-5 hundred range, I would not trust the inexpensive PVC rafts with a dog. Have fun and keep safety #1.
