	Sorry that you think the post is foolish, but all of us are experienced paddlers of kayaks, duckies and rafts, including my 9 year old. We are well aware of river safety and the poster is trained in SWR. The dog's will wear PFDs, and will wear booties to protect the raft. Give us some credit that we just might already have done this as well as put some thought into it. Thanks for the links.
