	Hi Tom, The issues you raise were all encompassed in the litigation that has just resulted in a ruling. I'm not a lawyer, so I can't knowledgeably expound on them, other than to say that the Judge agreed with the Park and GCPBA, not RRFW. Rather than you and I fuss over this interminably, can't we agree to look forward to working within the CRMP and improving it within the means available to us? Have a good one.
