	I hope my post didn't come off as sarcastic or confrontational.  The tone is meant to be one of surprise.  I've run the Canyon once and flipped in Lava after scouting it (damn that right run).  Could never imagine reading and running, but maybe I would have been better off not having to see ledge hole.  That has to be one of the scarier features on a river I've seen.
