I would go with capilene under boating shorts, longsleve top under a T or Tank style fuzzy rubber top and cover with splash gear. If you heat up, the splash gear comes off easy. If your outfitter is not right there at the take out then bring some extra dry stuff in a dry bag for when you get out. I raft alot in the area from April-October and have never felt the need for a Dry top, pants or suit. Have fun and post a report on Noly conditions!
