I need to update the glue in my raft repair kit. The thing is I also need to add a few D rings and also add a new carrying handle or two. If I order some glue, then open the can to use some of it, do I risk ruining (drying out) the glue for later in the season. I plan on doing the repairs mid to late May and then using it on trips thru August.
I'm thinking I will be fine as long as I seal the can, but dont want to be in a position where I open a can, only to find the stuff is dried up.
Should I order some to repair with and some to take on trips.
BTW--I am going to use Clifton.
