I'm finally taking the Family to the Green River. I've read the brochures but I've come here to get the straight scoop. Because of other summer obligations we can't do a trip till the very end of July. I know this means lower water.
Just how hot will it be?
Water temp?
Bugs?
We've all rafted (as clients) on at least Class III. In early august will there be at least some good splashy rapids?
Any rec's for outfitters? Right now we're looking at Sheri Griffiths because thy have family only trips.
