	Just how hot will it be? Like Hell, but its a 'Dry Heat'.   Water temp? Like muddy bath water.   Bugs? The skeeters at the put-in are big as helocoptors.  Stay IN the wind.  Further down the cow flies are murderous.   Take lots of drinks, DEET, and shade.   I did it in mid July.   Great scenery.  Take some binoculars for viewing the goats/sheep on the canyon walls.
