	My launch date will be 7/28 and IMHO the most important question Kurt (the OP) asked was about the water level. I've never done a class I-II run before--is the water constantly moving? It looks like the outfitters are making the nearly 90 mile run in 5 days. I can easily cover 18 miles a day on my favorite class III-IV rivers but, is 5 days really enough for this run? How much flat water will I be rowing? Thanks
