	I concur with the raft suggestion. The Nanty is notoriously cold. You can rent some small rafts 9-10' which are perfect for a couple. You could even paddle it by yourself from the back. The Nanty is quite easy until you get to the drop right before NOC and you can get out above that if she wants. If you dump in the falls though there is always safety there ready to scoop you out.
