Like any river, at any time, you can find yourself getting spanked. I've been down the Ocoee many times and like you say it's almost a no brainer. But if you take that second of no brain activity and combine it with ending up in the wrong spot....SPANK! We all swam Grumpy's and the following wave train. Sure kept us on the ball the rest of the trip. Look forward to seeing the Bronco Kid peeling his raft off an Ocoee Karma rock some day
