	Alex and I were at Hobuck on Sunday and swung through Crescent on out way home for a look see. Hobuck had a short period swell that made for the longest rides at the Sooes River mouth I've ever seen. You would get off the wave and have to paddle 5 minutes to get back out. I would have traded it for some steep fast walls anyday. But for long boards or soul surfers it was heaven. We saw Crescent was getting some nice short period stuff as well. Good to see you out there.................................Gary
