	California State Kayaking Park? With the Motor Cycle only State Parks we have here in California, you think we could legislate to designate beach strip for Kayaking.  Think the main issue would be funding.  I know the Motorcyling Parks get a large part of their funding from the state gas taxes.  We just need to find a similar funding angle...
